I love baking on rainy days! It is over cast here today and with school starting back tomorrow I have been in the kitchen all morning baking cupcakes and cheese and bacon muffins, and its only 9.30! Our tomatoes have been going mad too, I bottle what we don't eat right away. I'm not brave enough to try any relish recipes yet! :)
I agree Marissa cakes are ideal for rainy days! A huge pot of soup is also heaven if it is rainy and cold. Those toms look delicious, sadly none of mine have ever grown, this year though will be my year!
If I had that bowl of tomatoes sitting on my worktop I would be popping them into my mouth like sweets!
