What a beautiful colour combination. It will surely be loved when it reaches its new owner! Blankets are needed here, all the leaves are falling and we are heading for cooler days. xxx

Your Mum's chevron ripple is just beautiful...love all the colors she used. Yesterday was the first day of fall here in The States. We are having steady rain for a week and slightly cooler temperatures. Everything is still very green...the grass loves all this rain. Your River Cottage is so cute!

I really love your momma's blanket. Isn't it tempting to keep things she makes? I'm tempted to go snatch it up myself...like I need more crochet things around here!

I forgot to mention...I kept laughing looking at your pictures. It looks like that lightening bolt on the shed is coming out of your mouth in the first one! Hee-hee.

Since we're currently going ga-ga for Missoni (again!) here in the states, as well as the onset of Fall, your lovely blanket is well-timed.

Now if only I could get a lightening bolt on my front door ...

have you seen bright star? It is a movie about jests the poet and stars abbey Cornish. She wears the most amazing flower motif crochet shrug... definitely worth a look...

Thats supposed to be keats. Not jests.

What a happy place that is today! Your rug is a major contributor. Can I just thank you for all the wonderful ideas and patterns and objects you provide for so many. It makes the heart sing a little bit! You look like you are shooting that lightening bolt out of your mouth. Shazam!
