Hello there my lovely dears...
It has been far too long since I blogged...
I have tried to keep myself busy with a few crocheted tops over the last month...
But unfortunately not a lot of other crocheting projects...
We are still in school holiday mode which has kept me
occupied with visits to the pool, day trips out and lots of crafting with
"Little Miss"...

This is one of two swing crochet tops I have made this month..
The other is in a apple green...
I really like this pattern...super fast and everything worked out the way it should...
Which is always good when you are trying to translate a Japanese pattern...

I purchased the pattern book from this shop here...
This is what the front cover of the book looks like...
I do hope that the lull of late will not be a habbit...
and I will be back on track in blogland very soon...
Thank you all so much for your patience...and kind words...

Sweet top! It turned our perfect! Not often (at least for me) do projects go so smoothly. :)

Hello
I love your top, it's so pretty!
How beautiful, and how clever are you to work from a book in japanese.
Lovely top! You look so divine!
Enjoy the rest of Holidays!
your top is beautiful! and time spend with your family is very valuable. I too seem to have had loooong blogpauses lately, but in the end I always come back and all the sweet people are still there, isn't that the great thing about blogging? take it easy...
So Cute! I did see the photo of the book but I whizzed right on by, Billy would kill me if I bought another crochet book ;-)
Missed you! This top is lovely!!! I'm sure it looks great in apple green too! I'm tempted to go and buy a certain crochet book now! I do love the Japanese patterns!
I love your new top Michelle and you look just lovely in it! I hadn't been crocheting as much either with Christmas and all the activities that go with it but this past week I've picked up the hook to work on my Christmas Round Ripple which I'm really liking now. We've been having such unusual warmer weather here for winter. It's been in the 50 degrees (F.) and our grass is green. I find myself thinking about Spring and getting outdoors. We leave for Florida middle of February so I'll get warm weather then. Have a lovely weekend.
How cute! And it is a great color too..
