and lots of question and answers
and a last minute biscuit, due to going overtime
as we were all having such a lovely experience
we quiet forgot to look at our watches...
This week I have also started on a patchwork crocheted blanket
thanks to the amazing Dottie angel...

Lovely eye candy and a must read 'How To'!!!

I adore the lovely mix of colours Tif comes up with...
It makes me want to race to the shops and stock up on
Peachy perfect colours...
Oh how I would love to find a nice Granny knicker pink...
The blanket is made up of the first 5 coloured strips crocheted together as usual.
then the other rows are crocheted to it as you go...
Don't you just love projects that you don't have to spend hours joining together
when you really just want to cozy up and enjoy right away...
Well this project does just that...
So for now I must get back to
my writing and printing of the Grandma Trees,
which will be for this weeks class...
and hopefully I will be back sooner than later with a
unusual deer thrifty find...

Hi Michelle,
I would love to sit in on one of your classes! Have you thought to do a video of yourself so we can "see" and "hear" you sort of in "person"? We just got a Flip video camera and I'm having so much fun with it. But I've been unable to download a video on my blog. I did manage to download one on Flickr. I'm making your Grandma Trees while traveling to Alaska - all in Christmas colors. Your tutorials are just wonderful. And these are so much fun to make. I wanted to tell you after you posted about my Grandma Twinkles plus showing one of my photos a while back.. that photo has become the most popular one on my Flickr account. That was so sweet of you and you just can't believe the following you have with your posts. It was amazing to see the increase in "hits" on my Flickr from your mentioning me. Have a lovely day!
I'm looking forward to seeing your blanket... I LOVE crochet blankets, but am quite bad at getting inspired to do other things hlafway through... this type looks lovely, a bit different from the granny styles!
This is a gorgeous pattern...can't wait to see yours :D

Michelle you do such awesome work that I can easily see how people who take a class of yours would get so caught up in it. Beautiful, beautiful work.

Hi Michelle!
Found your blog through Flickr and I absolutely LOVE it. Your talent with hook and yarn is positively inspiring :)
Can't wait to see your blanket! And I would love to be in your class, what fun!
I would love to come to a class...if only you lived closer! Did I see a pattern for the granny slippers or did I imagine it? I went for a look tonight but it wasn't there? Waaaaaah :-)
Great write-up on Dottie angel. The blanket is so pretty. Very calming color combination. Look forward to seeing yours too.
Really very beautiful!
