fresh strawberries...
mashing up the strawberries...yum...
this is the sugar and strawberry mixture
you let it sit for 10 minutes...
i mixed the hot mixture of jam setta and water
into the strawberries and sugar mixture
then pour it into the (jars)
here is the finished product...
as you can see i could not find a empty jar in the whole
house so takeaway containers it is...

it was so quick and easy
just like they said...
now all i have to do is patiently wait for it to set......

Wow - Michelle you will be well stocked for jam for a while! I still have 4 jars left in the freezer - it is so delicious! It also makes a great topping on icecream. As the fruit is not boiled it retains more of its natural goodness (at least that is what I tell myself!)
That jam looks delicious. Makes me want to go and make some toast.
