Hibernation

Winter hibernating...

 You can find the pattern for the slouch hat on the
Lions Brand website...EDIT:Pattern called
Charming Chapeau...
But you will have to sign up to get this pattern...
But it is lovely...

They are so comfy and soft
and even better!!!

I have been a tad obsessed with THE BLOCK...
and I adore Sophie and Dales kids room...
 I really want that wallpaper!!!

so
I decided that I could no longer
have a peaceful night sleep with the 70's fake timber laminate wall colour...

So a bit of inside make-overing...
with my trusty paint brush...

Well nearly...
I still would have loved that wallpaper..

I hope my hibernation doesn't last too much longer but
at least I have a few crochet granny blankets to keep me cozy
in the mean time...

    the hat is so cute. What is the name of the hat on the lions site. I tried t find it and there are so many hats over there. Yikes! Thanks! :)

    I like the hat and wrap, but I'll admit it - I love the shoes!! The style and the color and want a pair of my very own!

    The Lion Brand website has some pretty great patterns. Sometimes it's nice to browse and get ideas. That slouchy hat is love, by the way.

    Thanks for your sweet words...I made the cowl myself and have made another last night that sold today...luckily I wrote the pattern out last night so I will have it available for free soon on my blog...I have to make another one for an order so I will be proof reading through it all before I put it up...

    Even though its Summer here in the UK, it's so cold and wet I feel like winter hibernating too. Love the hat and cowl and those shoes are just so cute I've got a bad case of 'wanties' now. Eileen xx

    I stumbled across your blog. I'm loving it! Can't wait to share it with my girls when they wake up! They are teens and love to knit and crochet things.

    I have to ask though, what kind/brand of shoes are those!? They are so cute and comfy looking. Sorry if you've answered this elsewhere, I haven't found that info so far.
