Complicated...
Yes...
One sock down...and one more to go..
If I have enough patience that is...

From Bendigo Woollen mill...
In carnation...
I has just the right amount of stretch for socks
and is very soft...

One down...one to go...

I ordered the 8 ply which is very thick
I think it would work really well on a thick knitted sock as well..
Just don't know if I can get my shoes on with these thou...

    If they don't fit in your shoes, maybe they could be very-fancy-socks-for-wearing-with-gum-boots?? No one would see them under your gum boots, but YOU'd know how pretty your feet look inside those wellies! :)

    These socks are so beautiful, the color is perfect. Jump right into sock number 2 so you avoid second sock syndrome.

    Your sock is that perfect mix of traditional and totally modern design. You answered my question about whether the crocheting would allow enough stretch for a good fit.

    The sock looks great over the black tights. Maybe, you might even consider getting a new pair of shoes that would be completely dedicated to showing off the completed pair of socks? They will deserve showcasing!

    It looks beautiful. If there is a mathematical rule on the amount of pink to lacy pattern, you've hit it.

    The hardest task in all of craftdom is to start on the second sock/glove/mitten/sleeve. Good luck! I look forward to seeing the pair.
